    自己动手制作经典韩式紫菜饭卷(Kimbap),制法简单又有营养!卷的时候一定要卷紧,这是最重要的。因为如果卷的不紧,切的时候就会松散开。

    Step 1

    把红萝卜、青瓜、蟹柳及香肠切丝备用。Slice the carrots, cucumber, crab meat, sausage, set aside.

    Step 2

    将鸡蛋打散,加少许盐后煎成蛋皮,并切丝。Beat the egg with a pinch of salt then sear into skin and slice it.

    Step 3

    红萝卜以少许盐炒熟。Stir fry the carrot with a pinch of salt.

    Step 4

    白饭撒上调味料拌匀。Mix rice with the seasoning.

    Step 5

    将海苔放在竹廉上,然后铺上白饭压平。Place seaweed on the bamboo net, put rice on top and flatten.

    Step 6

    把青瓜、红萝卜、蟹柳、腌萝卜、香肠及蛋丝铺在饭上面。Top with cucumber, carrot, and crab meat, pickled radish, sausage and egg on the rice.

    Step 7

    紧紧卷起后涂少许麻油,即可切片享用。Roll up firmly and coat with a thin layer of sesame oil.
